Who shows the property?
A vetted, licensed real estate professional from our crew. You’ll always know who’s covering your showing.
How do I pay?
All bookings are prepaid online. Any additional charges (e.g., waiting time, travel fees) will be invoiced separately and must be paid before the final notes or reports are released.
Who is responsible during a showing?
The booking agent remains responsible for their client’s conduct inside the property. Our role is access and oversight — we make sure the door is opened, the walkthrough is smooth, and the property is secured afterward.
What’s the cancellation policy?
• 24 hrs full refund
• 2–24 hrs 50%
• <2 hrs no refund
Client No Show: No Refunds
What if my client is late?
We allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments at $25 per half-hour, subject to the showing agent’s availability.
How long is a showing slot?
Each booking reserves a 1-hour slot, but this does not mean the showing itself will last a full hour.The time allows the showing agent to:
• Pick up and return keys (if needed)
• Travel to the property
• Open, oversee, and secure the propertyActual client walkthroughs are usually shorter, depending on the situation.
Are there travel fees?
Yes, to keep it fair to all we include travel fees on each booking.
